A note about support via the telephone:
Like many online only companies, the Lounge Network has never provided telephone sales or support for our web hosting or domain registration services. From our experience, online support via email is a far more efficient method for communication for online services like ours, and resolving any technical issues. It also allows us time to discuss solutions to questions with other team members before we provide a solution to you. This means there is no waiting on hold at a call centre, nor do you have to deal with non technical call centre staff who are just following flow charts. Instead you are communicating directly with our technical staff. When submitting any enquiry, please make sure it provides as much detail as possible, so we can try to get it resolved in a single reply, which will speed up the process.
