Choosing the best NZ web hosting company for your businesses website and email can be tough, as there are so many choices. However not all NZ web hosting is the same quality. Infact much web hosting is very average quality, and not really suitable for New Zealand business use.

  • Is the web hosting hosted on NZ based web servers? Our plan is hosted on a NZ based hosting cluster, hosted in a telco grade datacentre in Auckland.
  • What sort of redundancy does the web host offer? Our web hosting plan has multiple levels of redundancy.
  • Does the hosting plan have disk space and traffic quotas? Our web hosting plan doesn’t have any fixed quotas.
  • Does the web host use ‘cluster hosting’ rather than just a single server to host everything? Our web hosting plan uses cluster hosting, sharing the services across multiple servers, increasing reliability and redundancy.
  • Is the web hosting company 100% NZ owned? We are 100% NZ owned. Many other hosting providers who may appear to be NZ owned, are often overseas owned.
  • Is customer support based in New Zealand? Our support is 100% based in NZ. Many other hosts who may appear to be based in NZ, may be operating out of foreign countries, or contract out their support to overseas companies.
  • Does the web host also do domain registration? We do, and best of all it can all be managed inside your web hosting control panel, so you only ever have the single control panel. Other websites may have multiple control panels, which makes things very confusing.
  • Does the web host force me to register the domain name through them? Some web hosts do force you to, if you want to use their web hosting. However we don’t, and you are free to register your domain with any provider of your choice. However it is often easier to use us, as we will make sure it is all setup correctly for you.
